Tiago Pereira and his wife, Patrícia Carolina, have worked together in construction since 2013, delivering outstanding projects across Greater Lisbon and Cascais as The Dream Properties.
In 2026 they expanded to the Algarve with HauteCouture Solutions, bringing to the region the experience, rigour and quality that define them as a team.
More than building and renovating spaces, Tiago and Patrícia personally follow every project, from the first idea to the final handover, ensuring an integrated, careful and truly bespoke service.

Since 2013 our team has built its reputation as The Dream Properties, in Cascais and Greater Lisbon. In 2026, HauteCouture Solutions was created to bring that same experience to the Algarve. With our own architecture studio, we combine construction, engineering, topography, interior design and property expertise to support each client with a complete view of the project — from the initial idea to the technical decisions and the build itself.

Do you do new builds and renovations?+
Yes. We handle everything from building villas and general contracting to full renovations of apartments and houses.
Can you take care of both the design and the works?+
Yes. We coordinate every phase — architecture, specialities, licensing and construction — under one integrated service.
Do you work with foreign clients?+
Yes. We communicate in Portuguese and English and support international owners and investors with regular updates.
How much does a renovation cost?+
It depends on size, the condition of the property, materials and scope of works. After an initial conversation and assessment, we prepare a proposal tailored to the project.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on the design, licensing, materials and complexity. The estimated timeline is set out in the proposal and planning.
What warranties do you offer?+
Turnkey construction with a 15-year warranty, turnkey renovation with 10 years and partial renovation with 5 years.
Can I see the project in 3D before the works?+
Yes. For renovations we can develop a 3D design so you can see the result before the works begin.
